Apparel Magazine Announces 2017 Top Innovator Award Winners
Apparel Magazine has announced the winners of its 10th annual Top Innovator Awards, which are given to apparel retailers, brands and manufacturers that have demonstrated innovation at any point along the apparel supply chain.
Innovations from the winners range from revolutionary new products and designs, to new strategies for marketing via social media, and from reinventing their supply and sourcing chains for omnichannel transparency to new uses for RFID, PLM and sustainability, to name just a few.
This year's 39 Top Innovators include American Eagle, Beyond Yoga, Black-Tux, Buckle, Canada Goose, Carezips, Cath Kidston, Cosabella, Crunch Fitness, Ellie Kai, Evisu, Fashion Avenue Sweater Knits, Fossil, Future Retail Limited and Gerson & Gerson Inc.
Apparel's Top Innovators also include Global Brands Group (Fishman and Tobin), Harry Rosen, Hyperlite Mountain Gear Inc., Kaltex America, Kenai Sports, Komar, Nine Line Apparel, NYDJ, PACT Organic Apparel, Phillip Lim, PVH, REI, Rush Order Tees, Silver Jeans, Stone Cold Fox, Superior Glove Works Ltd., Tailored Brands, Talbot's, thredUP, Timberland, Toad & Co., VF Jeanswear, Xcel Brands and Xero Shoes.
Apparel Magazine will devote its May 2017 issue to recognizing these innovative apparel retailers, brands and manufacturers — and the strategic business partners that have helped them to achieve success. The winners also be recognized at Apparel's Executive Forum with a reception and dinner, and several of the honorees will be featured in a panel discussion at the Forum as well.
